· Anyone over 60 (even if your partner is under 60)

available is offered initially to those on the Maldon District Council housing list.

· We are an almshouse and residents pay a maintenance contribution instead of rent.
· This contribution is set in accordance with the Tenant Services Associations Guidelines.

Text Box: The Association offers a mix of accommodation, ranging from studio flats to one bedroom, single and double flats, to meet the varied needs of
individuals. We have 22 single-person flats and 34 two-person flats.

· Fully fitted kitchen with Electric oven and hob and Fridge/freezer

· Bathroom or walk-in shower room ( all our flats will be converted to have easy access wet rooms)

Berridge House has a computer suite.

Text Box: · We have renewed our kitchens in Fairfield House in the last 3 years.

· We have converted 6 bathrooms into wet rooms during this year; we now have 36 such bathrooms.

· Two of our houses have had a new heating system installed during this year. We provide heating centrally.

· We decorate all communal areas on a rolling programme.

· If you have a problem in your flat and perhaps need a plumber, we will get one straightaway.
